I’m the Reverend Alex Jensen, Senior Minister of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Grand Traverse in Traverse City, Michigan.

My ministry is rooted in relationship, presence, and a deep trust in the capacity of individuals and communities to grow, heal, and transform. I serve alongside congregations and communities as they navigate seasons of change, ask meaningful questions, and seek ways to live with greater integrity, compassion, and hope.

Grounded in Unitarian Universalist values and a commitment to pluralism, my work draws on shared wisdom, lived experience, and thoughtful reflection. I believe spiritual life is nurtured through honest conversation, attentive listening, and practices that invite curiosity, connection, and care.
